<p>Exista mai multe tipuri de sataruri, dar aici nu prea avem luxul de a alege. Cam ce se gaseste pe aici este de marime medie , numa bun pentru incepatori.  Satarul , este un instrument multi functional, cu el se poate taia, rupe , toca, zdrobii sau mai stiu eu ce.</p>
<p>Coltul ascutit se foloseste pentru crestat si pentru a taia carnea fasii.  Muchia lata se  poate folosii pentru a bate si a fragezii carnea sau pentru a zdrobii diferite legume.  Chiar si manerul se poate folosii ca si mojar , pentru a zdrobii condimente. In general, cand gatesti mancare pt wok , nu e nevoie de alt cutit.</p>
<p>Bucatarii profesionisti folosesc satare grele, si lasa greutatea cutitului sa faca toata treaba. In China , am vazut folosite 2 satare deodata pentru tocat. Satarele de acolo fac pe astea sa para ca si cutitase de intins pateu.</p>
<h1>Cum se ascute</h1>
<p>In general ascutirea lui se face de catre profesionisti, dar in lipsa acestora, ne descurcam cum putem. Foloseste instructiunile de mai jos pentru un inceput.  Ai nevoie de o piatra mica, aspra pe o parte si neteda pe cealalta. Partea aspra se foloseste pentru ciobituri, iar cea neteda pentru a ascutii foarte bine. In caz ca gasiti carborundum (cum e piatra mea), folosirea pietrei uscata va produce instrumente extrem de ascutite.</p>
<p>Se spala satarul si se stopeste piatra cu cativa stropi de apa. Se tine ferm si se freaca partea taioasa de piatra , prima data in fata , apoi in spate.  Se repeta de mai multe ori, apoi se intoarce satarul pe cealalta parte.<br />

<h1>Cum se foloseste</h1>
<p>Am facut 2 -3 filmulte. Eu nu sunt expert, dar sper ca puteti observa ce rapid se lucra cu un satar chiar si de catre neprofesionisti.  In viitor o sa incerc sa scriu mai multe despre asta. Ce am taiat in filmulete sunt ingredientele de baza pentru retata din seara asta de porc rosu (care vedeti si voi cat a durat)  Trebuie sa fiti ingaduitori cu calitatea filmelor, nu am camera de filmat, am folosit aparatul foto.<br />
