			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Pe numele chinezesc <strong>jiaozi</strong>, coltunasii sunt un fel de mancare indragit in toata China si cu o foarte mare varietate de retete.  Ei sunt asociati de obicei cu bucataria de tip <strong>Dim Sum</strong>, fiind o masa usoara  si usor de preparat. Pe langa umpluturile cu iz chinezesc, am adaugat si o umplutura mai din partile noastre, o sa va prindeti voi care.</p>
<h2>Ingrediente</h2>
<h3>Pentru aluat</h3>
<ul>
<li>Un ou</li>
<li>300-400g faina</li>
<li>apa calda cat cuprinde</li>
</ul>
<h3>Pentru umplutura</h3>
<p><strong>Varianta 1 </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>500g carne tocata</li>
<li>1 lingura praf de usturoi</li>
<li>1 lingurita ulei de susan</li>
<li>1 lingura zahar</li>
<li>1 lingura sos hoisin sau sos de stridii  (sau ambele)</li>
<li>1 ou</li>
<li>1 lingurita piper negru</li>
<li>un morcove taiat marunt sau orice alta leguma</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Varianta 2</strong></p>
<p>Se prepara carnea ca pentru <a href="http://mancare.chinezeasca.ro/baozi-chifle-cu-carne-facute-la-abur/">baozi</a> .</p>
<p><strong>Varianta 3</strong></p>
<p>Se fierbe un cartof sau doi, se curata si se zdrobesc. Se amesteca cu sare si piper.</p>

<p>Compozitia din aceasta reteta se poate prepara in avans ca sa se patrunda mai bine.  Daca va raman baozi  pe a doua zi , vor avea gust mai bun.  Se pot reincalzii la nevoie , la microunde sau in abur.</p>
<h2>Ingrediente</h2>
<p>Pentru aluat:</p>
<ul>
<li>2 linguri zahar pudra</li>
<li>10 grame drojdie</li>
<li>300  grame faina</li>
<li>2 linguri ulei</li>
<li>10 grame praf de copt</li>
</ul>
<p>Pentru umplutura:</p>
<ul>
<li>250 grame carne tocata</li>
<li>15 mililitri (1 lingura) sos barbecue sau worchestire</li>
<li>30 mililitri (2 linguri) sos de stridii</li>
<li>15 millitri (1 lingura) sos chilli dulce</li>
<li>15 mililitri (1 lingura) vin  alb sau alcool</li>
<li>15 mililitri (1 lingura) sos hoisin</li>
<li>condimente dupa gust (piper , praf de chilli , ghimbir ,etc)</li>
